It started out small... as all obsessions do... but it doesn't stay that way for long. Cooking used to entail just throwing some burgers on the grill or maybe some vegetables in a stir-fry. Now I find myself trolling Craigslist looking for a spare refrigerator that I can use to dry cure meats.
